Thes new mobile disc screen is capable of screening almost any material, and is particularly good for waste.
The patented Ecostar anti-clogging system enables trouble-free screening of difficult materials without the wrapping and plugging that would quickly clog and blind conventional screening equipment.
The mobile unit is available as a hook-lift model as shown in the pictures or a track-drive model.

Industrial Waste Sorting



ZenRobotics Recycler is a robotic system for the separation and sorting of waste. The system is built with ready-to-use industrial robotic components and uses machines with learning ability to separate raw materials from waste. It is designed for commercial and industrial waste (C & I), municipal solid waste (MSW) and construction waste (CND).

Multiple sensor inputs identify items and raw materials. The various sensors include visible spectrum cameras, NIR, 3D laser cameras, haptic sensors, transillumination, etc. Thanks to these sensors, it is thus possible for the first time to perform a diverse and accurate analysis of waste.
Unlike any other sorting and sorting method, ZenRobotics Recycler can perform multiple simultaneous sorting tasks; reclaim various raw materials and remove contaminants from the main waste stream.
