Manual Conveyor system

The manual conveyor consists of a rail system for the manual movement of the overhead load hooks.
The System can be designed using tapping needles, rotary tables and draft chains to handle loads at different heights and through different physical media.
It has several applications, such as:
* Ergonomically correct loading and unloading using adjustable height handling stations.
* Movement of pieces for loading in ovens, chemical treatments stations or painting stations.

Overhead Chain Conveyor

A overhead chain conveyor is a closed system with a cardan chain running inside a steel rail. Loads hang directly from the suspension points on the chain.
The conveyor is normally suspended from the shop ceiling but can also be mounted on floor-standing pillars.
The cardan chain for the overhead chain conveyors is equipped with guide and load rollers of hardened steel running on ball bearings. The standard version of the chain is lubricated for a working temperature of 250ºC.
The guide and load rollers are also available in plastic with moulded-in ball bearings.

Power & Free Overhead Conveyors

The Power & Free conveyor system features double tracks where the chain runs in the upper track and the trolleys in the lower track.
The system permits buffering and sending carriers to different positions through switches.
The load carrier can be lowered to the required height where loading or unloading takes place, effective and ergonomically correct by using drop sections.
Height adjustment can also be fully automated with fixed or optional stop positions, for example, for dipping in an unmanned process.
A Power and Free conveyor is a system where extensive versatility is required.
