Take the opportunity to conduct practice-oriented training at your premises. Within 2.5 days you will be qualified in the theory and practice of PROFIBUS DP.
The content of the training is structured so that all participants from the departments planning, commissioning, maintenance and service irrespective of their prior level of knowledge can be made acquainted with the subject in a straightforward manner. All theoretical discourses are linked directly with practical requirements.

• Theoretical Basics
Principle of physical transmission (physical layer), RS 485 PROFIBUS DP and IEC 1158-2 PROFIBUS PA, Communication in PROFIBUS – the master-slave principle, Logical data communication: Protocol structure, backup mechanisms, sequence of cyclical and acyclical data communication

• Installation and Assembly
Topology – the basis of an optimal data communication, Guidelines for correct wiring, Typical sources of errors and their impacts, Infrastructure components: Handling, function and correct location.

• Commissioning, Service and Maintenance
Checking the cable parameters of the PROFIBUS master system in both segments, Recording and evaluating the physical signal quality of the master system at all required measuring points, Recording and evaluating the logical transmission quality based on a clear illustration (traffic light colours) by diagnostic tools, Fault analysis / troubleshooting and measures for eliminating weak points

Within two days you are qualified in the theory and practice of PROFINET. With the taught knowledge of this user training you prevent mistakes in planning, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of PROFINET and ensure a reliable performance of your network.

AS-I interface is a standard Europe EN 62026-2 (former EN 50295), AS-Interface standard worldwide IEC 62026-2, Guidelines of VDI/VDE 2184, „Reliable operation and service of fieldbus systems“.

This training course provides the participant with the necessary knowledge for a safety system programmer, as a basis for independent programming and operation of a HIMA safety system family Hiquad.

• Introduction to the Norm IEC 61131-3, description of functions and function blocks types of data and variables.
• System overview and design of the HIMA-PES H41q/H51q, configuration, libraries, resource types.
• Power supply and voltage distribution, functions of central and I/O modules, Implementation of I/O modules, connection of variables to I/O.
