Optieng is involved in a project involving the transportation of a PCC production plant that was under development at the Portucel Soporcel facility in Figueira da Foz to Shanghai, China.
In conjunction with its partners MIM and Alship Optieng was responsible for the disassembly and assembly of the prototype of a PCC production facility also known as Precipitated Calcium Carbonate.
The plant has already been transported to Shanghai, more specifically to SHANGYU, in ZHENJIANG province, where it is now being assembled under the management and coordination of an Optieng team of engineers.
In this way Optieng strengthens its relations with international companies, in this case Americanas in the person of Albacor in projects of Intercontinental dimension.
