The process of certification of Optieng, according to the normative reference of Quality NP EN ISO 9001: 2008, has been completed since last September 11th.
A lengthy process, where all the work processes were reviewed, revealing our
our concern for seeking the effectiveness and efficiency of the applicability of the standards, in the effective improvement of Optieng's performance, always having as main objective the satisfaction of our customers.
Another important step, encompassed in the OCI 2013 project: Organization, Certification and Internationalization.
