On August 30, 2022, the renewal audit was carried out on the certification of the Quality Management System, whose scope is the development, management of the installation and commercialization of electrical engineering, electronic control and automation solutions, aimed at industrial processes of production, transport and logistics.
All the organization's processes were audited without any non-conformities being recorded, and 5 suggestions for improvement identified by the audit team were made, which will be taken into account and for which actions will be considered.
In addition to this, 6 positive aspects were also mentioned, namely the involvement of top management in the System, the motivation and commitment of the auditees in the audit process, the documentation to support the System, the demonstrated know-how, the search for new customers and the award by "Scoring" of the Top 5% Best SME in Portugal certificate in 2021.
The organization is proud to know that the team is involved in the identified processes and in working towards constant improvement.
