After many months of work on a challenging project that forced the Optieng team to "think outside the box", to make extensive Portugal-Brazil-Portugal trips, we concluded Optieng's work on programming, commissioning and putting into service a DCS Valmet DNA control system and a HIMA safety system for controlling a viscous paste cooking line with 14 batch digesters, Recovery and Biomass Boiler, in a total of 3,000 DCS I/O's and 3150 I/O's of security.
The Optieng team was congratulated once again.
